Asim Abbas
Founded TectSoft in Lahore in 2018 and still works in the code. He leads engineering and delivery, and steps in personally when a live product someone else built stops working.

Not a Title. A Responsibility.
A director is one of the people responsible for the company itself. Directors decide where the company is going, make the calls nobody else can make, and answer for the result to clients, to the team and to each other.
At TectSoft that is not a seat on a board that meets twice a year. Both directors work in the company every week, and each owns one side of it: Asim owns how we build, Kashif owns how we grow.

Pricing, hiring, the clients we take on, and the calls that can't be handed to someone else.
Accountability
When something goes wrong on your project, the answer comes from the top, not from a ticket queue.
