This policy explains what information TectSoft ("we") collects when you visit tectsoft.com, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we sell none of it, and most of what is collected is standard website analytics.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This uses cookies set by Google. We do not see your name or exact address in this data. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Consultation bookings. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the name, email address and any project details you choose to enter. Calendly's privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
• Email. If you email info@tectsoft.com, we keep the correspondence to reply to you and to run any project we agree together.

What we do with it

We use analytics to improve the site, and contact details to respond to your enquiry and deliver work you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not contacted us.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are those set by Google Analytics and, on the contact page, by the embedded Calendly widget. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

Data retention and your rights

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve you as a client or answer your enquiry. If you would like us to delete correspondence or personal details we hold about you, email info@tectsoft.com and we will confirm once done.
