TectSoft started as an ordinary software studio in Lahore. In 2018 we started asking a different question. What happens if every engineer, every project and every day runs through an AI-first toolchain, not bolted on as a side experiment but built into the foundation? This is the studio that came out the other side.

The thesis
Same Standard, Completely Different Arithmetic
Most "AI-driven" studios mean a chatbot bolted onto an old workflow, or a few engineers who happen to use Copilot. That is not what changed here. We rebuilt scoping, architecture, implementation, testing and review to run inside an AI toolchain every engineer uses every day, the way a studio ten years ago rebuilt itself around version control and continuous integration. The compression comes from the method, not from anyone working longer hours.
That is also why it holds up on the second project and the third, not just the demo. A build that used to take six months and cost $50,000 now takes three weeks and costs $5,000, and the review bar hasn't moved. AI writes a great deal of the code, engineers read all of it, and nothing ships without a human approving the change and an automated suite passing.
We are not trying to be a faster version of the agency you've used before. We are a different way of running the same project, end to end, and we'll show you the arithmetic on a call rather than ask you to take our word for it.

How we got here
From a Regular Studio to a Rebuilt One
2018
TectSoft opens in Lahore
Started as a conventional web and mobile shop, building for clients across the US and Canada the way most studios do, with discovery, quotes, sprints and retainers.
2022
A Delaware studio opens
A second base gives North American clients working hours that overlap with ours, and gives the company a US entity to contract through directly.
2023 – 2024
The AI toolchain becomes the method
What started as individual engineers experimenting with AI coding tools got formalized into how every project runs, covering scoping, architecture, build, test and review, all the way through.
